1. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD. This will then advise you if the Login has succeeded – Then press CONT.
2. There are several title bars – JOB ENQUIRY, CONTRACT ENQUIRY, REQUEST RECALL, AMEND DETAILS, ITEMS AT BRUNEL & LOGOUT.
3. To find a job via it’s Job Number click on JOB ENQUIRY. Then enter the Job number accordingly and click View Job Details. This will then take you to the Job Status enquiry screen.
4. In this screen you can view the Calibration results for the Job Number you have searched for. Click CALIBRATION RESULTS which will show you the certificate.
5. If you do not have the Job Number you can do an alternative search via CONTRACT ENQUIRY.
6. Click on CONTRACT ENQUIRY and then enter the Serial Number and click SEARCH.
7. This will then bring up the CONTRACT DETAIL ENQUIRY, then click on the IDENT number or LAST VISIT number. This will take you to the JOB STATUS ENQUIRY screen where again you can view the Calibration Results for the Serial Number needed by clicking CALIBRATION RESULTS.
8. If you wish to view a Previous Certificate you can do this in the Job Status Enquiry Screen by clicking PREVIOUS VISIT. This will show the JOB STATUS ENQUIRY screen for the previous visit where you can then click CALIBRATION RESULTS to view the certificate.
